Role Overview • Start Date: ASAP • Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week • Work Style: 100% Remote • Focus Area: K-8 Duties include direct support, progress monitoring, case management, and IEP preparation. • Additional Details: Caseload specifics will be discussed during the interview. Pay is based on district budgets and candidate qualifications.

Qualifications

Needed • Master’s degree in Special Education (preferred) • Familiarity with virtual service delivery (preferred but not required) • Current Ohio Educator License in Special Education (K-12) • Five or more years of experience in Special Education Technical and Administrative Expectations • Proof of personal liability insurance is required before starting. • Independent contractor position with self-directed responsibilities. • Dependable home computer and stable high-speed internet connection. • Completion of a basic technology skills assessment.
