Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements: Customer Service Experience: Minimum of 2 years. Call Center Experience: At least 1 year in a call center environment. Education: High School Diploma or GED. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computers, internet, and email (Outlook). Experience with data entry and documentation. Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams). Work Setup: Reliable internet connection capable of handling inbound/outbound calls.
