In this role, you will operate precision manufacturing equipment, uphold high-quality standards, and ensure the smooth production of carbon fiber composites. Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment efficiently, following operational procedures and quality standards. Inspect products for defects and deviations, ensuring every component meets specifications. Identify and escalate issues or abnormalities to the Lead Technician for prompt resolution. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency. Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and production guidelines. location: Berkeley, CA salary: $19/hr work hours: Variable qualifications:

• up to 35 lbs. (medium lifting)

• Inspect quality and defects of products
• Use measurement devices such as calipers & micrometers
• Assemble products according to specifications
