Skills/Knowledge: • Previous call center experience preferred. • Previous customer service experience. • Utilities customer service experience preferred. • Medical office setting customer service experience preferred. Requirements: • Education: • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent. • Ability to pass a criminal background check. • Competencies: • Reliable internet connection and attendance. • Pleasant and friendly mannerisms, with a sound knowledge of telephone etiquette. • Basic computer navigation skills. • Quick and correct typing - ability to create grammatically correct responses without spelling errors. • Positive attitude and a passion for learning.
