Provide expert guidance and recommendations based on clients' individual needs and preferences. Assist clients in understanding plan features, enrollment processes, and eligibility requirements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of health insurance products, industry regulations, and compliance standards. Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records in the companys CRM system. Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve client issues and ensure a seamless service experience.
