Job Description: As a Quality Engineer at Fidelis Defunct, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. Your primary responsibilities will include: Main Responsibilities: • Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and procedures. • Lead LEAN/Six Sigma teams to drive process improvements and enhance efficiency. • Assist with IATF/ISO9001 auditing and training, including core tools certification. • Mentor the quality team towards personal and continual improvement. • Support supplier on-site auditing and development. Key Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field or related discipline. • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quality Engineering function. • IATF/ISO9001 internal auditor & core tools certified (preferred). • Experience with Lean Processes (5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma). Work Environment: The work environment at Fidelis Defunct is fast-paced and dynamic, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration. You will be exposed to moving mechanical parts, electrical systems, and occasional extreme heat.
