Family Risk Advisor (Primarily Office)

About the position As a Family Risk Advisor, you will provide personalized service to clients by understanding their unique needs and offering tailored insurance solutions. Your role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction through comprehensive risk management. In this primarily office-based role, you will be expected to spend at least 80% of your time (4+ days per week) working from our Falcon Heights, MN storefront. Relocation Support Offered for Eligible Candidates. Base pay is $25/hour and this position. Responsibilities • Schedule and conduct insurance reviews with clients , • Participate in test and learns, research and development of new products, systems, and processes , • Estimate and quote policy premiums complying with underwriting guidelines , • Gather all necessary information to assess if prospective customers meet underwriting guidelines , • Contact appropriate branch staff or division for underwriting guidance when needed , • Convert incoming leads into qualified customer engagements , • Manage a prospecting pipeline and develop a sales tracking system to maintain accurate prospect/customer information , • Provide solid customer experiences by directing potential customers to other branch staff or resources for information , • Work with leaders and/or team to create content for social media campaigns aligned with the marketing strategy , • Drive online presence across all social and digital channels , • Develop, maintain, and cultivate community contacts to enhance company visibility and maximize new business opportunities , • Retain existing accounts by providing excellent customer service Requirements • One year of Insurance experience , • Attention to detail to provide accurate quotes to clients , • Ability to multi-task on multiple computer systems/screens during a quote , • Ability to clearly explain insurance concepts and coverages to clients , • Valid driver's license required plus an acceptable driving record , • Required by state statutes to have proper insurance licensing to sell, solicit or negotiate insurance products: Property and Casualty, Life and Health , • Successfully obtain and maintain property and casualty, life, and health producer licenses for sales and service state(s) within 60 days of hire date Nice-to-haves Benefits • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision and wellbeing benefits , • Competitive 401(k) contribution , • Pension plan , • Annual incentive , • 9 paid holidays , • Paid time off program (23 days accrued annually for full-time employees) , • Student loan repayment program , • Paid-family leave Apply Job!
