Specializing in both B2B and B2C sales, you will be on a mission to make a real difference. As a Regional Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for building, growing, leading, and managing sales teams throughout the state of Louisiana. The pay is a combination of commissions, overrides, and residual income. Qualifications: • Prior sales management experience in the insurance industry • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions Job Type: Contract Pay: $75,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
