We seek an experienced, passionate, and resourceful Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our web team. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with various teams to design, develop, and optimize web and backend services. You will play a key role in transforming our web platform into a scalable, high-performing solution while maintaining best practices in architecture, code quality, and performance optimization. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead the transformation of the web app from its MVP phase to a scalable, robust, and maintainable web app.
• Drive web performance optimization initiatives and establish benchmarks for future excellence.
• Collaborate with web platform engineers to deliver and uphold enterprise-grade architecture standards.
• Collaborate and mentor other engineers while providing thoughtful guidance using code, design, and architecture reviews.
• Debug production issues across our services infrastructure and multiple levels of our stack.
• Develop and deliver new features with end-to-end ownership.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 4+ years of experience developing and maintaining React+Typescript web applications within a large-scale engineering environment.
• Led or collaborated with a team to evolve an MVP web app into a robust, scalable solution.
• Understanding of backend technologies and languages. Prior experience with C# or Kotlin, Kafka, and SQL would be a plus.
• Bachelor's, Master’s, or PhD in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical discipline or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience with continuous integration and delivery tools.
• Experienced in developing and executing functional and integration tests.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
