Requirements • 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment. , • 6 months of experience in a role requiring constant customer interaction. , • 6 months of experience delegating tasks to others or coordinating team efforts. , • Ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality. , • Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Nice-to-haves • Experience in a leadership role within a retail or restaurant setting. , • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with team members and customers. , • Knowledge of Starbucks products and beverage preparation.
