Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our medical devices sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products . The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with customers effectively. Duties • Conduct warm calls to potential clients to introduce our medical equipment and generate interest. • Utilize telemarketing skill to call medical equipment providers and track interactions with customers. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. • Collaborate with the sales team to identify market opportunities . • Maintain accurate records of calls made, customer interactions, and follow-up actions. • Stay informed about product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions. • Assist in business development efforts by identifying potential leads and nurturing relationships. Experience • Previous experience in telemarketing or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. • Strong customer service skills with a focus on building rapport with clients. • Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies, particularly in technology or technical sales environments. • Highly self motivated and goal oriented professional. • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively. • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
