Energy Industry System Analyst - CRM (Salesforce)

General Motors is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Energy Industry System Analyst - CRM (Salesforce) to join our team. This position requires an individual with a deep understanding of the energy industry coupled with expertise in Salesforce CRM. The ideal candidate should possess excellent problem solving and communication skills, and be able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for success and a relentless drive to continuously learn and improve. They should be able to think critically and effectively apply their knowledge of energy industry systems and Salesforce CRM to support complex projects. The Energy Industry System Analyst - CRM (Salesforce) will be expected to work with multiple stakeholders to accurately analyze, define, and document requirements. This position requires a highly organized individual who is able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field or equivalent work experience • 5+ years of professional experience in the energy industry • In-depth understanding of Salesforce CRM and Salesforce integrations • Proven track record of successful business analysis, system design, and implementation • Excellent problem solving, communication, and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment General Motors is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
