Accounts Payable Specialist
Description: Key Job Responsibilities: Provide Accounts Payable invoice processing support in VIM/SAP. Duties include working in SAPs Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) module to review and process incoming invoices, creation of service entry sheets in SAP and review and verification of vendor submitted service entry sheets in SAP. Interacts regularly with immediate counterparts as well as other Accounts Payable departments throughout the organization, AP help desk, and Financial Analysts, providing team member support. Job Responsibilities include: Process invoices for payment (PO and Non-PO) in VIM/SAP Creation and review of service entry sheets Work with Supply Chain, Field Office representatives and other internal contacts to resolve issues Maintain familiarity with policies, training guidelines and procedures Recommend and evaluate improvements and streamlining opportunities in areas of responsibility Assist with special projects as needed Required Qualifications: Ability to perform in a fast paced, high-volume environment Ability to meet and exceed the expectations of the role while working remotely Proficient in data entry Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle and complete multiple tasks under pressure Ability to meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word) Ability to work well with others in a team environment Positive attitude Adapts well to change With over 90 years' combined experience, NES Fircroft (NES) is proud to be the world's leading engineering staffing provider spanning the Oil & Gas, Power & Renewables, Chemicals, Construction & Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Mining and Manufacturing sectors worldwide.
