Social Media & E-Commerce Marketing Intern

We’re looking for a creative and driven Social Media & E-Commerce Intern to join our team and help grow our brand’s digital presence. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for social media, content creation, and e-commerce. You’ll gain hands-on experience producing engaging content for Instagram and TikTok, optimizing product listings, and analyzing performance data—all while working with a fun and dedicated team. If you love storytelling, digital marketing, and Texas style, we’d love to hear from you. What You’ll Do Develop high-quality, on-brand content (photos, videos, reels, carousels, and stories) for Instagram and TikTok. Capture in-store experiences by showcasing product highlights, customer moments, and special events. Engage with the community by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions, reinforcing our brand’s authentic voice. Add, update, and manage media to enhance product listings and ensure a seamless shopping experience. Optimize online product descriptions for clarity, SEO, and engagement. Conduct A/B testing on product pages and online assets to improve conversion rates. Assist in online merchandising efforts, including product placement and categorization. Support e-commerce marketing initiatives, including email campaigns and social media promotions. Analyze performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvements. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies that drive traffic and sales. Who You Are Passionate about social media and storytelling, with a knack for creating engaging content on Instagram and TikTok. Comfortable using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite to shoot and edit photos and videos. A clear communicator who can engage with our audience and respond to comments in a friendly, authentic way. Curious about trends and eager to learn what makes content shareable and popular. Organized and detail-oriented, with an ability to track performance metrics and suggest improvements. Familiar with e-commerce basics, including product management and SEO. A team player who enjoys collaborating and supporting creative projects.
