We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team and conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for veterans virtually. Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Clinical Psychologist to perform psychological assessments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and providing recommendations based on their assessments. This is a virtual position; however, candidates must hold a valid Texas license (PSYPACT a Plus). Key Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments virtually, including clinical interviews, psychometric testing, and behavioral observations. • Analyze and interpret assessment results to diagnose mental health conditions and develop appropriate treatment recommendations. • Prepare detailed psychological reports summarizing assessment findings and recommendations. • Collaborate with other mental health professionals and provide consultation as needed. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Qualifications: • Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution. • Valid license to practice as a Clinical Psychologist in the state of Texas. • Minimum of 6 months of experience conducting psychological assessments, with a preference for experience working with veterans. • Proficiency in administering and interpreting a variety of psychological tests and assessment tools. • Strong analytical and report-writing skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a virtual environment. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with telehealth or virtual assessment platforms. • Specialized training or experience in working with veteran populations and understanding their unique psychological needs. • Knowledge of veteran-specific mental health issues such as PTSD, TBI, and combat-related stress.
