Under the direction of the Production Manager and Print Supervisor, this position is accountable for monitoring and ensuring quality control for all garments produced. Responsibilities: • Counts and unboxes blank garments, places them on tables to prep for printing • Completes paperwork with printer prior to running job • Communicates with team members when garments are imperfect and need to be redone • Sort, count and fold garments by size/color/garment style and prepare them for shipping • Read and understand work orders and profiles to ensure each order is processed correctly • Complete all paperwork as assigned, including misprint logs • Follows all SOPs • Attends trainings as necessary • Keeps work area clean and orderly • Organizes work flow • Follows safety practices • Identifies problems and notifies supervisor as they occur • Works actively with others to get the job done • Other duties as assigned Working hours: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM Skills: Team Player Multi-tasking Education: High School Experience: 0-1 years Qualifications: • High school education desirable, but not required • Ability to work well in a team and think independently • Must be reliable, responsible and take direction well • Must be able to perform repetitive tasks for several hours • Basic computer knowledge • Must be able to lift over 25 lbs. frequently • Ability to stand for 8-12 hours a day • Previous production experience preferred, but not required APPLY NOW!
