Position Overview This position is responsible for the daily production of either a batch plant or drum plant to produce quality asphalt for our customers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities ? Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with all safety policies and procedures using the appropriate tools and equipment for the task ? Adhere to and follow all safety rules and regulations of MSHA/OSHA/DOT and Pennsy Supply, Inc. ? Ensure quality production of asphalt materials ? Assign and load trucks to various locations ? Order liquid asphalt as needed ? Complete daily and weekly production reports ? Perform general daily maintenance on asphalt plant ? Display a professional and courteous attitude to co-workers, supervisors, customers, and the general public at all times. ? Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as assigned. ? Responsible for quality products ? Other duties as assigned Requirements ? Must submit to a drug screen and criminal background check. ? Able to work various times during day, night or weekend hours, at various locations. Education/Experience ? High school diploma or GED equivalent ? Must possess a valid CDL Class A. ? Previous experience in asphalt plant operation helpful but not required What CRH Offers You ? Highly competitive base pay ?
