The company also provides contract management, logistics and supply chain functions for the major Johnson & Johnson franchises. The Johnson & Johnson Deliver Group is part of Johnson & Johnson?s global Supply Chain organization supporting operations across all the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies. Deliver strives to deliver an exceptional customer experience through leading critical customer-facing-functions such as customer service, distribution and transportation. In addition, Deliver oversees critical business enablers, including how we capture and manage supply chain master data, safe and secure supply chain practices, product identification standards, and market/channel access capabilities. Located in every region of the world where Johnson & Johnson operates, Deliver is a critical component of our supply chain, working collaboratively to ensure that quality, safety and the experience of our customers is our top priority. Developing the overall logistics relationship with targeted customers and applying lean tools/concepts to optimize the analysis, development, implementation, and monitoring of supply chain/operational efficiency initiatives. Key Responsibilities: ? Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal business partners to include Commercial Channel Management, Finance, Distribution, Transportation, Chargebacks, CSS, Contracting, GS CRM, and Deliver Revenue as well as external partners to support key programs, projects, and initiatives. ? Apply lean tools/concepts to optimize the analysis, development, implementation, and monitoring of supply chain/operational efficiency initiatives, to obtain a Yellow Belt certification. ? Improve order fulfilment process, order monitoring, data management, and inventory management support activities for the Medical Devices & Diagnostics distributors. ? Provide Analysis and collaborate cross-functionally partnering with various teams to drive achievement of organizational metrics and individual account goals. ? Manage key business relationships by aligning customer expectations with internal policies. Action inquiries and requests from internal and external partners in planning, commercial, and operations. ? Utilize Microsoft applications i.e. (Access, Excel, Power Point) as well as data visualization applications such as Looker & PowerBI.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is : $22 per hour to $51.50 per hour Additional Description for Pay Transparency: The anticipated base pay for this position is between $22 per hour and $51.50 per hour but will be based on candidate's program year, discipline, degree and/or experience. This position is overtime eligible. Intern/Co-ops may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs such as medical insurance, sick time, holiday pay, and the Company?s consolidated retirement plan in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
