The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial concepts, and experience in public or corporate accounting. ? *Duties:** - Manage aspects of the company's financial records and transactions - Perform general ledger reconciliation and account reconciliation - Perform Certified Payroll - Perform accounts receivable and payable - Handle general ledger accounting tasks efficiently - Perform AIA Applications - Collaborate with the team to maintain accurate financial records ? *Qualifications:** - Proven experience in accounting, preferably in public or corporate accounting - Strong knowledge of financial concepts and principles - Working in the construction industry for 3 or more years. - Worked with construction payment application (AIA) for 3 consecutive years or more. - Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software - Ability to perform general ledger reconciliation and account reconciliation effectively If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for numbers and possess the required qualifications, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity to contribute to our financial success.
