Healthcare Administrator for Assisted Living

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Resident Care Director to join our team at Senior Living Management. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of care for our residents and leading our resident care team. Key Responsibilities ? Develop and implement resident care programs that meet the needs of all residents ? Assist with resident selection process to ensure conformity with company guidelines ? Perform resident functional evaluations to determine residents' level of care and develop appropriate care plans ? Coordinate new resident orientation and assist with resident move-ins ? Ensure accurate record keeping and proper maintenance of resident charts ? Liaise with healthcare providers, residents, and their family members ? Coordinate medication, hospitalization, physician visits, and appointments ? Oversee self-administration of prescribed and over-the-counter medication in accordance with medication guidelines ? Support the recruitment and retention of qualified resident care staff ? Ensure adequate and effective orientation, training, and support for all resident care staff members Requirements ? Valid LPN license ? CPR/First Aid certification (optional) ? State required certifications and training ? Experience in managing a diverse workforce ? Previous experience as a Resident Care Director ? Knowledge of relevant rules, regulations, and laws
