The Holiday Inn & Conference Center is actively recruiting experienced Guest Room Attendants! EOE/DFWP ? Performs routine duties in the cleaning and servicing of guest rooms. ? Cleans and stocks maid cart with necessary supplies daily. Clean vacuum cleaner and change bags as needed. ? Strips all beds of sheets and pillow cases daily. Removes bed pads, blankets and bedspreads if soiled. ? Makes beds neatly with fresh, clean sheets and pillow cases; picks up all trash on floor; removes and empties trash bags; cleans mirrors and shelves; dusts and polishes furniture; wipes door frames with damp cloth; dusts light fixtures, window sills and base boards; ensures furniture is arranged properly. ? Vacuums guest rooms. ? Cleans bathrooms - scrubbing basin, bathtub, toilet and tile floor with appropriate cleanser. Completes by disinfecting surfaces and wiping dry. ? Replenishes supplies, towels, and amenities. Places proper quantities of pens, stationery, and tissue in room according to franchise standards. ? Reports status of rooms as completed to the inspectress. ? Reports any unusual condition of room or furniture to executive housekeeper immediately. ? Other duties as assigned by Executive Housekeeper or as business and demand dictates. Qualifications and Skills needed: ? High school diploma preferred but not required. ?
