Job Duties And Responsibilities Ensure?that?rooms?and?public?areas?are?cleaned?and?sanitized?to company-mandated?standards? Ensures that rooms have clean linen, bedding and?towels Understands and follows all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel Maintain knowledge of hotel property, hotel staff, hotel services, hotel service hours of operation,?and?hotel surroundings (i.e. mall, restaurants)? Ensures that rooms are stocked with soap, tissues,?drinking glasses,?etc.? Identify items?that?guests?have?left?behind?and?report?items?utilizing hotel's lost and found procedures Other duties as?assigned Education And Experience High School Diploma/GED ? Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Ability to?multi-task? Ability?to?communicate?effectively?verbally?and?in?writing? Team?player? Ability to exceed expectations of?guests?
