Restaurant Bartender

At King Claw Juicy Seafood & Bar we strive to set the standards for professionalism in an excellent working environment. We are looking for skilled and experienced bartenders to join our King Claw Thomasville team! Must have a minimum of 2 years bartending experience and excellent customer service. Duties ? Verify identification and age requirements of customers ? Mix traditional and King Claw Signature cocktails ? Take customer food orders while having knowledge of the full menu ? Process payment from customers ? Clean glasses and bar utensils ? Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences ? Open and maintain tabs throughout their shift ? Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere Skills and Qualifications Minimum of one year experience bartending in a full-service or casual dining restaurant ? Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations ? Knowledge of mixology for traditional and creative cocktails ? Understanding of unique and complementary flavor pairings ? Impeccable customer service and social perceptiveness ? Ability to evaluate customer satisfaction and responsiveness ? Ability to enforce company policies regarding the consumption of alcohol ? Accountability in maintaining inventory and processing payments ?
