About the position As a Starbucks shift supervisor, you will lead store operations during your shift, ensuring high-quality customer service and product delivery. Ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality. , ? Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Nice-to-haves ? Experience with cash-handling and store safety procedures. , ? Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new beverage recipes. , ? Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
