Role Overview: As a Strategic Data Analyst, youll get hands-on experience working on projects that influence key decisions across multiple facets of our businessmarketing, product development, finance, sales, and beyond. This isnt a typical entry-level data analyst role. Youll be involved in projects that matter, learning directly from experienced professionals while actively contributing to our companys success. Key Responsibilities: ? Data Support: Assist with collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from various sources to support business decisions. ? Reporting & Dashboards: Help create and maintain reports and dashboards that track important metrics. ? Experimentation: Support the design and analysis of A/B tests and other experiments to help refine our strategies. ? Collaborative Projects: Work with different teams to understand their data needs and deliver insights that drive action. ? Learning & Development: Engage in continuous learningexperiment with new tools, absorb best practices, and share your ideas on process improvements. Qualifications: ? Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field. Self-taught data analysts will also be considered if you can demonstrate your seriousness in growing your skills. ? Technical Skills: Some hands-on experience (from prior, coursework, projects, or prior jobs/internships) with SQL or Python, along with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. ? Passion for Data: A genuine interest in analytics with a demonstrated drive to learn and improve your skills. ? Problem-Solving Mindset: An analytical thinker who isnt afraid to ask questions and dig into the data. ? Great Communicator: Ability to convey your findings clearly and work well within a team. ?
