As a Financial Consultant at Schwab, you will be procured with the practice of existing Schwab clients, providing them with wealth management and financial planning advice. Over time, you'll grow your practice holistically through client asset consolidation, networking, and earning client referrals. If you currently have your securities license, enjoy working in a team setting, and share our passion for serving clients - this role is for you. Responsibilities ? Provide financial guidance to clients and help them own their financial futures. , ? Form lasting relationships with clients built on trust and respect. , ? Grow your practice through client asset consolidation and networking. , ? Earn client referrals to expand your client base. , ? Manage wealth on behalf of clients, including retirement planning, education planning, investment management, banking & lending management, insurance & risk management, and estate planning. , ? Engage clients in discussions about market conditions and sound investing principles. , ? Provide an outstanding investor experience while furthering your own professional development in Wealth Management. Requirements ? A valid and active FINRA Series 7 license is required. , ? Obtaining or acquiring FINRA Series 66 (63/65) license and Life & Health Insurance is required during your tenure on the job. , ? Ability to build strong relationships and engage clients effectively. , ? Openness to manage wealth on behalf of clients across various financial areas. , ? Ability to adapt and implement change as market and business conditions evolve. , ? Passion for community engagement and sharing investment strategies with clients. Nice-to-haves ? Experience in leveraging a team of specialists to enhance client service. , ? Strong communication skills to exceed client expectations. , ? Knowledge of market conditions and investment strategies.
