Account Representative - Fully Remote

As part of our successful team, we will assist in developing your business leadership skills, industry and State Farm business acumen, as well as sales and marketing experience. This is a fully remote part-time position Compensation: Base Hourly Wage + Bonus & Commission ($25,000 - $40,000 annually) Responsibilities include: Prospecting for new client opportunities through calling leads, direct mail, outside marketing, networking, obtaining referrals and other targeted lists, etc. Schedule appointments, identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services. Establish client relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to help educate customers about their risk management, banking & financial service options and put them on a path to meet their long-term goals Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
