Virtual Assistant – Content & Marketing Coordinator (Remote, Contract)

We’re looking for a highly reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support ongoing content and marketing coordination across multiple brands. This is a long-term role focused on helping us stay consistent and effective with our social media, email newsletters, podcast segments, and content publishing. This role is best suited for someone who is organized, self-directed, fluent in English, and confident using modern marketing tools. You’ll work directly with our team on a weekly basis and help us stay on track with content calendars, deadlines, and deliverables. Key Responsibilities • Schedule and publish social media content (Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube) for multiple brands • Create or coordinate engaging memes, reels, and optimized short-form videos (YT Shorts, IG Reels, etc.) • Draft and send newsletters using Mailchimp or HubSpot • Assist with podcast guest coordination and video scheduling using Riverside.fm • Format and schedule email newsletters • Use Canva to create visuals for posts and emails • Support WordPress/Elementor content updates • Keep project boards organized (Jira) • Track basic engagement data from email and social campaigns Required Skills & Experience • 2+ years in a virtual assistant or marketing support role • Fluent in English – strong written grammar and communication is a must • Comfortable working with U.S.-based teams and following clear processes • Experienced with tools like: • Mailchimp or HubSpot • Canva • Meta Business Suite (or social media schedulers) • WordPress/Elementor • Riverside.fm (or similar video tools) • Trello/Asana, Google Workspace, and Slack Bonus Points For • Familiarity with Donald Miller’s StoryBrand framework • Experience supporting podcasts or YouTube channels • Ability to edit short videos for social media • Previous work with marketing agencies or mission-driven brands • Interest in (or at least comfort with) the Second Amendment / U.S. firearms industry What We Offer • Flexible working hours • Prompt, reliable payment (via Wise, PayPal, or similar) • Long-term opportunity with consistent hours • Clear processes, low drama, and mission-driven work • Ability to grow with the company over time Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Freelance Pay: $10.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week Schedule: • Choose your own hours Work Location: Remote Apply Job!
