This is a high-performance, commission-only opportunity selling residential solar solutions to American homeowners—entirely over the phone, from the comfort of your home. You'll be responsible for contacting homeowners via our phone dialer system and setting up qualified appointments for our sales team. As part of a fast-growing division of a U.S. billion-dollar solar company, you’ll receive the tools, data, scripts, and training needed to succeed. Earnings are based on size of closed deals, with sales consultants earning between R22,000–R47,000 per sale. Duties & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:

• • Make outbound calls to U.S. homeowners using provided data lists
• • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for senior closers—or manage the full sales cycle yourself
• • Follow structured scripts, use a power dialer, and track activity through our CRM system
• • Participate in ongoing remote training, performance reviews, and team sales calls
• • Maintain strong follow-up habits and manage pipeline effectively

Desired Experience & Qualification Minimum Requirements:

• • Previous experience in sales, call centres, or outbound B2C environments (preferred)
• • Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident, professional phone manner
• • Fluent in English with a clear, neutral or Americanised accent
• • Own laptop/PC with reliable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps download speed)
• • Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week (flexible schedule, but consistent weekly hours required)
• • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and hit performance targets in a remote environment
