Job Description: Office Depot is seeking a reliable and confident Online Support Representative to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. As an entry-level position, this part-time role requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or online support role... Responsibilities: 1. Provide online support to customers through various channels, including chat, email, and social media. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, returns, and technical issues. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Continuously learn and adapt to stay ahead in a rapidly changing world. Requirements: 1. Reliable and confident demeanor when interacting with customers. 2. Strong project management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 3. Critical thinking skills to analyze situations and make informed decisions. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 8.
