Position Overview: As a Full Desk Recruiter at Accountants One, you will manage the complete recruitment process in a collaborative environment focused on both individual and team success. Your responsibilities will include a balanced mix of marketing calls, client visits (when appropriate), candidate interviews, networking, and recruiting?all while having the autonomy to set and achieve your own realistic targets. A minimum of 2 years of experience in Financial or Administrative Recruiting / Staffing. ? Demonstrated high integrity, commitment to exceptional customer service, and a focus on long-term outcomes. ? Proven track record in placements is highly valued; an established network of placeable candidates is an advantage. ? A background in Accounting/Finance is a plus. ? Ability to effectively source accounting and financial professionals. ? Strong ethics, determination, and drive are essential, along with an aptitude for teamwork and innovative thinking. ?
