Open to consider remote candidates; however, preference will be given to individuals who can work from Nashville office. We are also open to considering candidates who require sponsorship, as well as C2C (Corp-to-Corp) resources. The client's IT team is looking for a resource to support daily operations of their internal development teams and other stakeholders. The team member would be an extension of the current desk-side support team, with emphasis on Dynamics and solutions supporting the client's Door-to-Door sales applications. The lead will work onsite at the client's location and provide oversight and guidance for offshore developers. This is a hands-on keyboard development lead position. They will be responsible for identifying and implementing the following: Assess the client's application optimization potential Implement improvements and simplification in the application Complete work tasks in an Agile / quick iterations The base salary range for this position is $109,749 - $164,623 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
