Dispatcher - Customer Service Rep

THE ROLE As a Dispatcher - Customer Service Rep, each day, you're the friendly first point of contact for customers, scheduling service appointments and dispatching our expert technicians. You keep everything running like clockwork-booking jobs, collecting payments, and ensuring all office inventory is stocked and organized. You are the go-to person for solving customer issues, maintaining a clean and efficient front office, and helping technicians stay on schedule. Your day is fast paced, varied, and never boring! - Customer service skills, with a patient and empathetic approach
- Strong communication skills and a positive, adaptable attitude
- Ability to solve problems on the spot and keep things running smoothly
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ServiceTitan CRM
- Experience in dispatching or customer service
SCHEDULE & LOCATION
- Location: This is an in-office role based in Poughkeepsie, NY.
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.
