Key Responsibilities
Engage with potential customers through various online platforms to understand their needs and guide them in selecting products. Provide information about our jewelry collections and any promotions to enhance customer experience. Assist customers in completing their orders and resolving any inquiries or concerns effectively and courteously. Maintain an organized database of customer interactions and follow up on leads as needed. Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve overall sales strategies. Participate in training sessions to develop your sales skills and product knowledge. Work towards personal and team sales goals while maintaining a customer-first approach.
Requirements
No previous sales experience is required; an eagerness to learn is essential. Fluency in English is a must; additional languages are advantageous. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment. Basic computer skills and familiarity with online communication tools. A positive, proactive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service. Interest in luxury jewelry and retail is highly desirable.
