Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various settings, including residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Cleaner will ensure that all areas are spotless, hygienic, and welcoming for clients and visitors. Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care tasks to maintain the appearance and longevity of flooring materials.
• Execute custodial duties in commercial settings, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Launder linens and other items as needed, ensuring cleanliness and freshness.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
• Maintain an organized cleaning supply inventory and report any shortages or equipment issues.
• Assist in housekeeping management tasks to streamline cleaning operations effectively.

Requirements

• Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with carpet cleaning techniques and floor care practices is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment.
• Excellent customer service skills to foster positive relationships with clients.
• Ability to lift moderate weights and perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.
• Knowledge of proper sanitation practices and use of cleaning chemicals safely is essential.
