Personal Lines Customer Service Representative - Remote (9838)
About the Role 100% remote insurance job opening. One of the largest independent insurance agencies seeks an experienced Personal Lines CSR to immediately service a portfolio of personal lines home and auto business placed through multiple insurance companies, some national carriers and others standard market insurers. Duties & Responsibilities Keys to your success include:
- Ability to quickly process policy changes, additions, billing, claims status, and renewals
- Maintain and update coverage summaries, prepare binders, and ensure accuracy of new policies prior to client delivery
- Assist with account rounding by making recommendations to current clients that will update and enhance their policies
Skills & Experience
- At least two (2) years of insurance experience servicing personal lines policies (home and auto)
- Active state insurance license is required
