Wireless Sales Manager

As we continue to expand our market presence, we are looking for a results-driven Wireless Sales Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our IoT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development:

  • Develop and execute robust sales strategies aimed at driving revenue growth for IoT-based solutions.
  • Identify, engage, and close deals with key customers, including those in retail, vending, smart city solutions, and automated services.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and initial engagement to negotiation and successful closing.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure sustained business growth and customer satisfaction.

Market & Industry Analysis:

  • Conduct research and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities within the IoT sector.
  • Identify new business opportunities, verticals, and strategic partnerships to enhance market presence.
  • Stay informed on emerging IoT technologies and industry advancements to maintain a competitive edge.

Customer Engagement & Solution Selling:

  • Present and demonstrate IoT solutions to potential clients, effectively addressing their specific pain points.
  • Collaborate closely with the technical team to tailor solutions based on client requirements.
  • Provide comprehensive training and support to customers regarding IoT system functionalities and benefits.

Collaboration & Leadership:

  • Work alongside marketing, product development, and engineering teams to refine and enhance IoT offerings.
  • Lead and mentor junior sales representatives or account executives, fostering a culture of success.
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools to ensure consistent growth and efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • 5+ years of Sales experience
  • Proven experience in IoT, SaaS, or technology sales, with a preference for B2B contexts.
  • Strong understanding of IoT solutions, cloud platforms, and smart device connectivity.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform and drive sales strategies.
  • Experience with CRM tools, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Willingness and ability to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and business development activities.

Preferred:

  • Background in smart vending, payment systems, or unattended retail solutions.
  • Knowledge of wireless connectivity technologies, including WiFi, Bluetooth, LoRa, and 5G.
  • Experience working with OEMs, integrators, or IoT platform providers.
