We are currently looking for individuals to support our work assisting individuals with disabilities find work. The Senior Employment Network Development & Training Manager shall oversee all aspects of training, including tracking, development, and implementation of all learning modules and other training guides for organizations that have partnered with us to assist disabled information identify and pursue employment opportunities. In addition, this person will also assist with facilitating quarterly all regularly occurring calls in which ENs are invited.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have: Education:

• A Bachelor’s degree from a currently accredited institution in a related field, and;

Experience

• Five (5) or more years’ experience managing/administering in person or online training programs.

Nice to Have

Experience:

• Knowledge of and/or experience with the SSA Ticket to Work Program
