Review and gather patient billing, insurance, and medical information. Perform accurate data entry into internal systems. Work with insurance carriers to help patients access medication coverage. What We're Looking For... At least 12 months of recent call center experience. Ability to commit to the full schedule with no time off during the first 90 days. High-speed internet and a quiet, professional remote work environment. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
