About the Role
We’re hiring a Voice Support Assistant to focus primarily on phone-based tasks. While our administrative assistant handles most backend work, we need someone to take the lead on voice communication and client-facing calls. Your responsibilities will include hiring support, client follow-ups, quality check-ins with employees, occasional cold calls, and taking scheduled calls when the owner is unavailable. Responsibilities ✔️ Call and qualify applicants and schedule interviews ✔️ Follow up with leads, provide quotes, and schedule in-home estimates ✔️ Complete Open to Close (OTC) check-in calls with employees and clients ✔️ Participate in occasional cold calling campaigns ✔️ Take pre-scheduled phone calls when the owner is in meetings Hours & Pay Estimated: At least 10 hours per week Base Pay: $7.50/hr Training Pay: $6/hr for the first 30 working days Must pass 15 consecutive quality scores to earn full pay Work Window: You can choose your own schedule within our operating hours of 8:00 am – 6:00 pm central time ✅ requirements fluent english speaker with a clear, warm, and professional voice at least 1 year of experience in customer support or sales quiet work environment and reliable wi-fi laptop/computer with headphones why join us? flexible hours within standard u.S.
