Automation Anywhere
• Must have minimum 2 years of hands on experience on Automation Anywhere with programming languages like Net VB Script C and SQL with overall experience of a minimum of 7 -10 years
- Analyze business process and identifying automation opportunities and assess automation feasibility
- Analyzing understanding and documenting the business processes in detail where required
- Ability to understand the business process and create process flow diagrams AS IS and TO BE
- Strong in design principles and modular programming techniques
- Design solutions in Automation Anywhere in accordance with standard RPA design principles and conventions
- Create and maintain technical solution documentation for the given user requirement
- Hands on development experience in Automation Anywhere tool
- Knowledge on external API integration with Automation Anywhere
- Solve issues that arise in day to day running of automated processes and provide timely responses and solutions as required
- Identify and communicate the technical infrastructure requirements to deploy automation solutions
- Ability to work collaboratively with global project teams as well as on your own
- Supporting the Operational teams during the UAT and rollout phases
- Drive Agile ways of working in RPA implementation
- Ability to resolve issues through strong problem solving skills root cause analysis engaging people from multiple business and IT teams where necessary
