Gaines St. Tallahassee, Florida 32309 Short Description: Customer Service Specialists needed to answer calls from Florida high school and college students concerning Florida scholarships and grants. (This will renew for next fiscal year). Complete Description: Customer Service Specialists needed to answer calls from Florida high school and college students concerning Florida scholarships and grants. The position is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. Pay Rate $13.00/hr, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Comfortable using computers.
- Experience working with customer support a plus
