The Role

As a Product Expert at Vizcom, you'll be the champion of our innovative AI-powered design tool. Your role is multifaceted: testing new features, providing crucial feedback, training designers, and creating engaging content. With your deep understanding of customer needs, you'll help designers harness Vizcom's full potential across various industries including automotive design, product design, architecture, furniture, footwear, apparel, and entertainment design. A strong focus and understanding of industry workflows is crucial for this role along with strong sketching and design skills. With your deep understanding of customer needs, you'll help designers harness Vizcom's full potential across various industries.

How You’ll Do It

• Test beta releases and provide actionable feedback

•  Master Vizcom's features and functionalities

• Train designers at current and prospective client companies

• Create compelling content for public and client-specific use

• Channel customer feedback to appropriate teams

• Develop deep empathy for customer needs and use cases

• Demonstrate Vizcom's versatility across diverse industries

What You’ll Bring

• Background in automotive, architecture, furniture, product, fashion, footwear, game, entertainment, or character design

• A strong design portfolio showcasing your work and design skills 

• Strong grasp of design tools and processes; AI design tool experience highly recommended

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Customer-focused mindset with strong empathy

• Adaptable problem-solving skills

• Collaborative spirit, able to work with cross-functional teams

• Passion for innovative technology in design

• Passion for traveling - this role could have you traveling up to 25% of the time.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $90,000- $130,000. 

The actual offer is determined based on multiple factors, including experience, location, and other business considerations. The overall package described here applies to W2, U.S. based employees- final package will be determined by local requirements and employment laws and accessibility.
