As a vital part of our operations, the Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for inputting and managing data with precision and efficiency. In this role, you will work closely with various departments to ensure that all data relating to customers, transactions, and inventory is accurately entered into our systems.Responsibilities:
- Enter a variety of data into databases and spreadsheets with a high level of accuracy.
- Verify and correct errors in data entries before final submission.
- Maintain electronic and written records of data entered and processed.
- Assist in preparing reports and documents by compiling data from various sources.
- Ensure compliance with company policies regarding data entry and management processes.
- Provide support to other departments by retrieving and organizing requested data.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in data management is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative roles is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and data management software.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and maintain data integrity.
