Job title: Implementation Pharmacy Technician in Boston, MA at Actalent Company: Actalent Job description: Job Title: Implementation Pharmacy TechnicianJob DescriptionActalent is searching for a 100% remote Implementation Pharmacy Technician, preferably sitting out of the Northeast Region.The Implementation Pharmacy Technician will collaborate with cross-functional project teams to execute and complete project tasks, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines. This role requires travel to client sites to facilitate system implementations, providing hands-on support and ensuring seamless integration of solutions. The technician will serve as a subject matter expert and product consultant, offering in-depth knowledge to guide clients in optimizing system utilization. Additionally, the technician will conduct comprehensive workflow analyses and consult with clients to tailor system configurations that enhance operational efficiency, prepare hardware and configure systems to meet client specifications, and provide go-live support post-implementation.Responsibilities

Essential Skills
  • Pharmacy Technician Certification.
  • Certified Pharmacy Technician (National or State Certification).
  • Compounding and Sterile Compounding experience.
  • Compounding Pharmacy Experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
  • Customer service skills.
Work Environment
  • This is a 100% remote position requiring travel 30%-50% of the time, predominantly on the east coast.
  • Eligible for overtime, work hours may vary from 30 to 50 hours weekly depending on travel.
  • Candidates will be part of a comprehensive IV compounding portfolio designed to enhance patient safety and workflow efficiency.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
