Job title: Associate Manager, Growth Marketing Operations in San Francisco, CA at Hinge Health Company: Hinge Health Job description: Job Description:About the RoleAs a member of our expanding Growth team, the Growth Marketing Operations, Associate Manager, will play a central role in making sure that every eligible individual within our client base receives the hyper-customized experience they need to stay engaged with Hinge Health. You’ll help us scale our B2C growth channels including email, direct mail, and SMS through automation, working as the go-to production expert in platforms such as Iterable. You'll use data to identify insights and build complete segments and dig below surface-level insights. In partnership with our user engagement marketing team, you’ll act as a key operational strategist in building end-to-end user-focused journeys that allow us to add to the truly moving testimonials pouring in by the day.We’re looking for someone who has a passion for production and enjoys the hands-on aspect of building campaigns in-house.What You'll AccomplishDrive user engagement through building targeted, customized campaigns that meet each user where they are - from which channels they’re on to which stage of their health journey they’re inBring ideas to life by taking copy and designs and building them in our marketing automation platform using HTML and CSSContinue to evolve our process from one-off email blasts into fully automated multi-channel user journeysOptimize email, direct mail, SMS, and in-app content by using automation to execute high-velocity experiments and gather quick insightsCultivate healthy marketing data that allows us to target the right audiences with the right content at the right time, especially through segmentationHinge Health Hybrid ModelWe believe that remote work and in-person work have their own advantages and disadvantages, and we want to be able to leverage the best of both worlds. Employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office 3 days per week, for the full 8 hours of a typical business day. The San Francisco office has a dog-friendly workplace program.Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a STEM related field

4+ years of professional experience on a marketing automation and operations team that works cross-functionally with teams such as Engineering, Data and Design2+ years of professional experience in marketing automationProfessional experience building multi-channel user journeys in automation platforms such as Iterable, Braze, Marketo or Salesforce Marketing cloudPreferred QualificationsHTML Coding experienceIterable experience - Iterable certifiedProfessional experience with marketing tech stack evaluation, engineering, Martech toolsCompensationThis position will have an annual salary, plus equity and benefits. Please note the annual salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
