Tutors will conduct 30-minute sessions, four days a week, during the summer. This is a temporary summer position with a daily commitment of 2 hours, specifically from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM from June 30th to August 7th. High Dose tutors will be trained in a reading intervention curriculum and must follow the guidance of the summer school program administrator. Must attend a reading intervention training session prior to summer school starting during the week of June 22nd.Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities

• Conducting small group reading interventions.

• Working with small groups or individual students.

• Preparing instructional materials.

• Supporting student engagement and participation in reading intervention.

• Maintain student progress records and conduct progress monitoring assessments.

Qualifications

• Prior experience preferred

• Multilingual applicants preferred

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
