Mktg Analyst
To provide quantitative international and domestic marketing expertise to management in the analysis of pricing, forecasting, competitive intelligence, market segmentation and targeted marketing utilizing advanced computer modeling techniques.
Bachelor's degree/equivalent in business, finance, marketing, mathematics or other quantitative degree such as computer science, MIS, engineering, statistics, economics, or marketing research. Master’s degree preferred. Two (2) years related experience in analytical quantitative business, operations, engineering, or information analysis/ planning functions which includes experience in information systems development, computer generated decision support modeling, market analysis, or marketing research. Knowledge of computer languages (example, COBOL, C, SQL, or SAS). Knowledge of UNIX or relational databases and on-line analytical processing (OLAP) tools (examples: HOLOS or ESSBASE). International and air freight industry experience preferred. Strong human relations, communication and analytical skills.
