Key Responsibilities: ? Assist customers via phone, chat, or email with inquiries about flight schedules, reservations, and general customer service ? Provide solutions to any issues or concerns that customers may have ? Maintain high customer satisfaction standards while adhering to Southwest Airlines’ core values ? Handle customer interactions with professionalism and a friendly demeanor

What We?re Looking For: ? Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset ? Ability to work independently in a remote environment ? Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet ? Experience in a customer service or related field is a plus ? Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Requirements: ? High school diploma or equivalent ? Access to a quiet, distraction-free workspace with reliable internet ? Ability to meet technology requirements for remote work ? Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
