Packer - Online orders - Cold Storage

About the role:

We are looking for an energetic and motivated person to join our online warehouse team at North Richmond.

The right candidate will be responsible for:

• Picking & packing individual online orders
• Boxing up and palletising the orders ready for dispatch
• Ensuring the orders comply with customer instructions
• Labelling the boxes ready for the courier
• Chiller and freezer work
• Unloading deliveries and putting stock away
• Lifting boxes up to 20kg
• Operating an Order Picker
• Forklift driving

We are looking for somebody that:

• Loves working in a cold environment!
• Has experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential)
• Can work in a team environment
• Has excellent attention to detail to ensure order accuracy
• Can act independently with initiative and follow instruction
• Has excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Can follow good food handling practices
• Has a forklift licence (Or would be willing to obtain one)

The position will be 4-5 days a week and is an ongoing role.

Pay: $31.00 – $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 38 per week
